An unconference is a facilitated, participant-driven conference centered around a theme or purpose. Traditional conferences use a top down structure of pre-approved speakers and an audience. In an unconference, the participants set the agenda, and the contents are what they bring to the table. The unconference model is the perfect fit for wiki people, who already use a community driven structure every day.

There are many different styles of unconference, and RecentChangesCamp uses Open Space.
